A new series of 2-amino substituted benzothiazoles and their derivatives were prepared by multiple steps. The structures of the synthesized compounds were confirmed by Melting point, TLC, IR, and H1NMR. The compounds were screened for their anti-inflammatory activity, all the compounds shown promising anti-inflammatory activity.Keywords
